JunkyardFind- 1975 Jaguar - Get It NOW!
Santa came early on this one ...
(GGG, if I'm off on a section, please repost where appropriate. I don't want this one to get crushed and slagged.... guys in the yard agree and will work out a deal )
See the pics attached.
It's XMas eve and I go to the junkyard. A Straight, no dents 1975 Jaguar came in yesterday. ORIGINAL red paint and near complete. The weird thing: both rear wheels only had hubs.
Anyway, the interior is pretty good also, and nothing really pick when I saw it.
I talked to the guys, Mike and Rafeal, and they'll make a deal on the whole car. They didn't want to see it get crushed or canibalized either; they thought it should be sold complete.
( also there was a 1976 Ranchero - CLEAN and Running - $999 ask )
I'm not sure the exact model, In the event, it doesn't get purchased from some one here, are any of the part interchangeable to a Daimler? I really want to see the whole car to stay together, but that's the last option before it gets slagged.
So someone out there, save this Jaguar!
( Pick-N-Pull San Jose = Monterey Road )

It's a Series II XJ 6, which aren't especially valuable (yet!), & that one looks like it'd be a real money pit to put back on the road, which is the reason most of them hit the breakers yard in such straight condition. It really depends on what the asking price is, but I think that would best suit someone who's already rebuilding a S2 & need a donor car. As for parts changeability to a Daimler, I think it would depend on the Daimler. A Daimler badged S2 would be fully interchangeable, whereas I doubt you'd get many parts to fit a 64 V8
