Default Rev Counter Drive

G'day to you all.
I have just purchased a 1964 Daimler and the rev counter doesn't work neither do the brakes but I am working on those. I pulled the generator assembly off the distributor and when I separated the unit I found cork like 'crumbs' in the housing that must of been the coupling. Does anybody know where I can get one of these couplings from or the dimensions of it so I can make one?
Keep happy
James

It shows this as being compatible ???
Maybe Jaguar adapted the V8 Daimler distributor to take the same drive dog as the Jag's straight six.
At any rate you can see what it looks like.
