Default Steve's S type Coupe'

I met with Steve last weekend at a car show, he is the poster here who is building a S type Coupe'.

I want to say, the car is a 10, the quality of the work he has done is incredible, and that is just the bodywork.

The engine and front member? that is another incredible feat, he's put a V8 in there with a 5-speed manual and the front member is "tied" to the chassis now, rack & pinion too. Believe it or not, the engine bay does not look crowded, plenty of space now.

Fantastic work. The car was viewed by many people at the car show, but as expected, people don't know about the S type, they think the S type is the one made from since 1999.

Thanks for all the kind words. I will try to get down and see your cars in the near future.

Steve! you welcome. I just realized that what your car is, is what the S type should have been!

An article quoting the original S type designer arguing with Sir William Lyons: "Can we come up with something BETTER"? William Lyons fired him on the spot because HE decides how the car is going to look, not some DESIGNER.
