My name is Clive (Boyo) Welshperson lived 30 years in NZ and retired.

Have very recently aquired my first Jaguar, a magnificent X300 1997 3.2 with only 69500 Kms on the clock and looks it.

The little devil gave me a bloodrush on Saturday 9th Oct when during a drive with my lovely wife the oil pressure guage decided to dive to "0" however I will sort out Monday and all will be well with the universe again.

I consider it a pleasure to be part of this forum and look forward to a future shared with enthusiasts of the euphoria that comes with owning a Jaguar.

 

Hi Boyo, welcome to the forum. We have a few members from NZ, have a look in the Regional/Around the World section.

IIRC, the oil gauge on these later cars is of the Yes/No variety so I would hope a loose wire or faulty sender is all you are looking at.
