Hi all,

Got referred her from Roadfly by TheCoupe...thanks!!

Been Jag-less for three + years now but jumped back in yesterday with a 97 XK-8 Coupe...big miles, but dealer maintained since new.

Have owned several over the years, including a much missed XJ-6C a few mid 80's XJ-6s XJS and my last one a 96 XJ-6 VDP...(great car).

Look forward to pestering you all with inane questions and a warped sense of humor

Thanks Norri,

Scottish flag?

Been to England a few times, never got quite that far north, been up to Whitby is a great place to eat fried fish on the docks.

Hello again,

Enjoyed your reply on the XK8 thread and look forward to hearing more..............but please keep that snow in NY.

You made it as far north as Whitby - that's only about forty miles south of me.

Graham

Thanks guys for the nice welcome.

I look forward to being part of the group.

One thing I plan on doing: There is a salvage yard near my office and there has been an influx of various Jaguars lately....as well as an 1970 MG B GT that is in better shape than mine!! I took pictures of them all and am compiling what I will name "Broken Kitties", (minus the B of course). I plan on posting the pix here soon....might be of interest

So again, thank you
