Smile First try on a forum

Hi to all members,
I take care of some E-types, XKs and other old Jags (also many other old makes) for friends/customers.
Two days ago I purchased an old XK8 (1st registration December 1996!). Always wanted one! I'm new to the world of forums so got to get used to how it all works. I need to pull the drivers headlight, remove the chrome plated lens (chrome has come off in places) and repaint or replace. Can't access the pictures posted by GordoCatCar re location of attachment points. Can anyone help? Thanks for any info. Regards, Claude (CAV, Switzerland).

WElcome, you should be an expert at repairing Jags because they're complex cars

Enjoy your stay

Welcome to the forum CAV, sounds like an interesting job you have. Any questions you have, just post away in the appropriate section for the car.
