Im a new member who has converted from merc ( yes i can hear the groans) and just purchased a mint 2001 xj v8 3.2 exec. well what a car- its all id hoped and more. As usual there is the clean, tinker and play stage and im loving it apart from one issue. the key fob wont activate the central locking_ yes i can hear the groans already. Has anyone got the same car or any advise to assist. Also is there a meeting of enthusiasts near mansfield in notts as i like to get involved with other owners. Thank you in anticipation.
