frustrated with a beautiful lady

My name is Gordon. I own a detailing business in Memphis.I have a 07 xjr that the battery went dead on today.I got the car running,and I started to raise top.The top went up almost all the way (about 3" from latch) and then quit

I have also tried the manual option with no luck. Any help will be appreciated.Thank You

Thanks for tha warm welcome.Sorry bout posting in wrong spot(I was at wits end)I finally got to speak with lead tech at ***********, he said this was a common problem on "07's" they will have to reset.So looks like I will be taking car in tha morning.Only thing is tha car looks like it's going 150mph sittin still, yet I will be traveling at 15-20mph max. Should be an intresting way to start tha day out tommorow

Haha Gordon I think while your at the dealership you may want to ask them how you ended up with the world's only convertible XJR? Lol I thought the auto industry stopped making 4-door convertibles back in the 70's?
