Default Greetings from Scotland

Hi All,

My name is Wilson Logan, I'm 47 and I have two XJ12L S2's. One red & one white.

I bought the red car in Reading in 1988. I'd had it about 8 months by the time I took the pictures here:

www.xj12l.com

I bought the white car in 1996, sight unseen from a guy in Barrow-in-Furness as a spares car for the red one but turned out to be in so much better nick than the red car that I decided to just keep them both.

About that time I got in to motorbikes and the cars have languished until now. The bikes are now all gone and I am going to tidy up the white car for sale to liberate some garage space.

Cheers,

Wilson.

Welcome to the forum Wilson,

I can't get the image out of my mind of filling the tanks on two XJ12's!

You've been very determined to get these up and running properly. Good luck with selling the white one.

Graham

Welcome to the forum Wilson,

Good to have you with us.
Interesting website, I guess you're pretty intimate with the Jags now?

If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

Yes, over the years I've done about everything there is to do on an XJ12 except rebuild a gearbox.

Sadly the last time I did any of this was nearly 20 years ago.

I have both the Jaguar Service and Parts manuals for the cars but have no idea where they are...

Cheers,

Wilson.
