Gunner
2006 X type . Just aquired a use x type with 39,000km on the clock. Live in Canada land of ice and snow. we have two seasons, winter and road construction! Got the car for a good price and everything appears to work with one exception. The chap who owned is was an audiofile and junked the factory stereo for a unit that could wake trhe dead. I had him remove the noise maker before I took possession. I have installed a factory radio unit, and it finds stations etc, but no sound. A friend thinks the vehicle should have an amplifier, however, there isn't one. Any tips on solving the issue would be greatly appreciated.
