Default Hello

Hello,

My name is Jeff and I just purchased a 2007 XKR. This forum looks like it has a ton of great users with a lot of knowledge and I look forward to trying to contribute as well. I purchased my car as a "project" that I want to tweak and make my own. I look forward to sharing my stories as the car evolves.

Thanks for all the welcomes. Yes, I've always enjoyed sports cars and tuning and tweaking them to make them a little more original. I've always bought american muscle up until now, and this is my first Jag. I've already got a few ideas which I hope to make a journal of on this site.

The jaguar is going to be more difficult I think because it's already such a beautiful and classy car, and anything I modify I really want to still keep the elegance factor, so that eliminates a lot of your typical sport look.

Regarding Maytag, the car I bought is a high mileage car used on a corporate lease, so I was able to steal it. I imagine I will end up being a good case study for the longevity of the motor. Look forward to getting to know you all better. Im in Houston, btw. (left that out of the original post)
