Welcome to the forum Quinn,

Follow Norri's link to the XJS tech section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham

Default Thank you. How do I post a question?

I've had the XJS for about 10 years, so I know everything about that car. The new 03 XK8 is a new set of issues.
I've had it for a week now and I realize that the fuel pressure is not being held in the fuel lines. My obd scanner shows around 60 psi while idling, but when the car is shut down it goes immediately to zero. I also changed the fuel filter and there was no pressure in the lines.
Has anyone had this issue, is there a fix besides buying the $600 fuel pump assy?
The car will start every time, but it takes a while of cranking over.
Thank you.
