Smile Hello to everyone!

Hi to all, I am a new on this site. I am registered on a local site in the UK but cant seem to find answers to the questions I seek.

I have joined in a hope that members will be active and help one another out.

a bit about me.

I left the USN some 14 years ago now. I have retired after working as a Clinical paramedic.
I was born in buffalo... and lived most of my life in CT.

I married a scottish lass whilst in the navy. since then I have lived in England.

I own 2 S type jags. I love them to bits. I am into custom motorcycles, hunting, scuba diving, and of course nice cars.

I have owned many including the ML 320, previous jag was a Daimler solverine some years ago.

I have had more bmws than I care to wish for and of course some toys like my 911, rx7 300zx, to name a few.

Well Thats my intro I dont know what else to type.. but HELLO and I hope to contribute as well as gather some valuable information from the members on here.

Thank you for having me!

Welcome to the forum,

Good to have you with us.

You'll find plenty of action in the S section so post up your problem there.

If you haven't already done so you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

Thank you all again...

a bit about my cars.... well one was bought from a dealer earlier last month and it broke down 10 miles from where I picked it up from. anyway law suite going on.

the second is a great car... but has the normal wear and tear marks and bruises on it... she will be fixed up and sorted out.. she drives great.. the auto gearbox works like a dream... the engine sounds fine... waiting to get her up on my mates garage ramps to inspect her back bone so to speak...

work that needs doing to her that I am aware of....
Firstly> as of yesterday got a stone chip so auto glass are on there way today to repair it.
> front window pillers the fabric is loose... so unclipping these (I think) and using the existing fabric to fix should be straight forward,
>dent in n/s door under the side mirror? not sure how on earth that happened.
> rust bubble patch on n/s rear door and sill area.
> front o/s plastic trim under the wheel to the bumper is away so need to sort that out.
>audio and stereo will be sorted . getting rid of the CD player and built in car kit with phone.
>both front wheels have dents in them from possible curbing?
>last but not least the drivers seat needs attention.. 2 small rips at the bottom where you enter and exit the car. (car upholsters will fix this )

thats it...
