Default Hello from Finland

New to this forum and also to Jaguars...
So far happy with my couple of months ago purchased X-Type Estate...feels exclusive after Japanese cars...hoping the reliability is at the same level

Then couple of pics:

Welcome to the forum and to the world of Jags. You live in one of the most BEAUTIFUL countries in the world! I was in ecstasy the whole time I was there a few years ago. Please, please don't let developers spoil it.

You have a beautiful car. If we have the estate body style in the US I haven't seen one. Very nice! In the US it is possible to buy immaculately maintained Jags with 50-60,000 odometer miles at a reasonable price for such a beautiful SMOOTH ride. But you should realze that the tradeoff is that they are relatively more expensive to maintain than many of the "Japanese" cars you mentioned. This is especially true as you aproach 100,000 miles, but this would true for any car you buy. It is just that everything for a Jag costs more: replacement parts, labor and even routine maintainence (but probably not more than for a Mercedes, BMW or Lexus, I would guess.)

I hope you will be a regular contributor to this forum as you enjoy your Jag for many years to come.

Welcome kmk, nice car you have there. My wife is from Finland, she moved out to Australia with her family when she was a young girl. I'm sure you will enjoy your Jag as I have enjoyed mine.
