Hello Jag forum world have question on 2003 XJ8

If the front ball joint is cracked do you really to pay for a new arm and a ball joint or can you just get a new ball joint? Also any recommendations for Jag mechanics in NJ. Go to madison jag now but they are far and would like a local alternative even for simpler things.

Hi Jordan and welcome to the forum. Head over the the XJ8 section, they should be able to answer your question. I would think you'd be able to just replace the ball joint unless it's all a one piece assembly or if damage was done to the control arm.
