Default Hello from New Member

Just joined. We picked up a clean 03 XK8 a month ago. Unfortunately, while not the green shower, we just got the green drip tonight. Doing some research.

Many thanks, already booked marked a number of pages.
Going to see if the warranty we purchased covers it. If not, I think I am DIY. Already noted a few of Gus's pages.

welcome and best of luck with your XK, I always have preferred the 1997-2006 style XK, and you have a keeper

Welcome to the forum,

At least a drip beats a full shower! Good luck with the fix.

You'll want to get the hoses fixed Gus who is one of the forums moderators has a complete description on how to replace the hoses to the latch. It's not a hard job just takes time otherwise it will run about $1200.00 to $2000.00 to have them replaced. I had the drip also never had the famed "Green Shower" Welcome to the Forum and good luck on getting the cat fixed.
