Default Hello from Savannah Ga

Hello

So glad to find other Jag fans. I am in Savannah Ga close to Hilton Head.
I own a 2006 S Type in perfect condition. It is maintained by Hilton Head Jag which has an awesome service dept.

Hope to meet other owners in the area

Welcome, Lennox. Is your Jag a new acquisition or have you had it a while? Great that you found a good shop to help maintain your kitty. Good service shops, especially for old Jags, is hard to find. Not that yours is old, but mine are...

Hi Sparky,

Had it for about 3 yrs now. Had 32K when I got it. Decided to go with it over a 5 series BMW and the Benz E 350. I absolutely love this car. When I get full access to the site, I will post some pics.

The team in Hilton Head is absolutely the best. I live about 20 miles away from them. However, whenever I need service, they will come to my door to pick up my baby, give me another Jag until the service is complete, then bring my baby back to me. How is that for door to door service?

Here is a link to the dealer.

Welcome to the forum Lennox,

IT's good to hear someone praising their dealer instead of knocking them, it does sound like you get good service.

Hello and welcome to jaguarforums.com. I know that you are anxious to get started and we are anxious to meet you and talk about your car. We have a baseline / criteria that must be met before full access can be granted. Please enjoy the forum and be patient once the baseline has been satisfied full access will be granted. Please continue to post and accept my welcome to the forum.

Oh one other thing you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules. Be patient and enjoy the site.

Hello Kapitan1975.

Just listened to your STR on you-tube. That is one mean sound. Can I accomplish that on the the v6 3.0. Since I am new to this, I will ask some dumb questions. Don't it need the muffler? will it hurt the car? Is it legal to remove the muffler?

I know thats a lot of questions, but I really like that sound.

Lennox

Hey Stewbar,

Just up the street from me. I actually live in Pooler. What kind of Jag do you own.
