Hello all,

New guy here. 22 years old, from NE Ohio. Not my first Jag, and not my last ; )

I collect vintage/older foreign sports/luxury cars and last summer I purchased a 1 owner 1991 XJ40 Soverign from original owner who'd husband purchased it over-seas and had it brought back home. It is a gorgeous champaign/silver color, with chrome factory optioned wire spoke Jaguar wheels.

I brought it home and stuffed it in a garage and forgot about it until about a week ago when I was looking at it and decided I will drive it a little this coming summer.

Well heres where it resided since purchased, hibernating for winter. hehe.
Istuffed it between aMercedes and Saab conv... Please excuse the dust on the back window of the Starquest.. its a project in the making. Pic is taken from the front of the garage..with door open. has matching door on the back that leads to other garage.. too many toys..and this isnt all!!

 

Sorry thats the only pic I have of it right now LOL. Ill have to take some more soon. I pulled it out of the garage the other day to re-arrange and while it was sitting at the top of the driveway I had two people stop and ask if I was selling it.. lol.

I need to repair several problems on the car..

One being drivers door handle will not open door from outside. Working on this.. Others are cracked fog light lenses (where can I purchase? dealer?), rear trunk has rust spot above trunk lock. and rear dvr wheel well has rust spot, and so does front psgr lower fender. one of the wire wheels needs cleaned up.. has pitting. i think miles are under 70k ? not sure
