Hey folks,
I"m here from Volvospeed searching on a future car I'd like to own, XJR. Used to working on 5cyl or less, hopefully 8 aint too bad ! Can't wait to learn more on these cars, superchargers and so on, reigning from Northern VA ! Later on, Jon

I swear I didn't go pull more Volvo owners over here! LOL

I think its a logical move for most of us looking to step up to the next level. That and the common bond between the two under FMC...

Good to see another Swede on here.

Most Volvo's are 5 cyl.
Wasn't the Acura Legend an I-5?
GMC Canyon / Chevy Colorado

I'm sure there's more...those are just a few I know of.

Yup...the V70 came in a 2.3L I5 or a 2.4L I5, FWD or AWD. The V70 shares the same front end as the S60, and there was an R model available up through 2007. The V70R was the AWD turbo I-5 and came with a spoiler and 17" or 18" rims. I think the engine changed to 2.5L in the V70 in 2004 or 2005.

The V70 wagons are actually more popular in the Volvo tuner community than the sedans. Something about smoking ricers in a wagon...long before the Magnum SRT-8's were conceived.
