I guess I have to post in order to not get deleted as a member. I really use this forum a lot as I purchased two jags. A Vanden Plas and an XK8. I don't have a lot of problems with my XJ8 but I read a lot about my XK8 so I don't sound completely clueless when I go to the repair guy. ( hopefully less of a chance of getting upped off). So thanks for all he info and sorry I don have anything to add

If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
