Welcome to the forum. I am kinda new here myself, but I can tell your there are
a great bunch of people on here that will help you along with ownership of these
beautiful but temperamental cars.
I have a 99 XK8 and it has some issues, but I will get them ironed out.

Hi again
ya its short for no socks... hate wearing those things.I'm an expatriate Scot living in Redcliff Alberta and hope to be living somewhere that's always warm in the next year or so.
I see I'm not the only guy here with a VW as other car (04 Passat 4motion)

Yah, you and Jim have lots in common... perfect.

I wish we could give out 'custom' names to our members...like other forums. I'll have to look into that.

You aren't the only Albertan either! There are a couple or three more of us as well. Welcome.
