If it's losing coolant parked up, I would suspect the water pump. There must be a coolant puddle under the car, so it is a matter of tracking back to where on the engine it is coming from.

Welcome Scott, the technical answer would be that you have a leak. Look for brown stains in the engine bay, duff expansion tank cap, loose hose, leaky rad, etc etc.
