Hi all

Hey guys, new to the forum as I've recently rebuilt a cat D front end x type 2.0 v6. Using her as my main car after some wrote off my seat leon cupra r and drove off ! Looking for any hints and tips on rasy mods to raise the spec of my basic jag but mainly looking to sort out why I'm loosing coolant when she's parked up! Any help would be apreciated. Cheers Scott

If it's losing coolant parked up, I would suspect the water pump. There must be a coolant puddle under the car, so it is a matter of tracking back to where on the engine it is coming from.

Welcome Scott, the technical answer would be that you have a leak. Look for brown stains in the engine bay, duff expansion tank cap, loose hose, leaky rad, etc etc.
