Hi all
G'day,
i just bought a 1982 series 3 XJ6 for $800, which seems cheap over hear in Australia.
i live in Melbourne and have always likes the look and engineering of a jag so when it came up at the wreckers i snapped it up. needless to say it has rust under the windscreen and in the left guard but apart from that and a bit of a crummy interior she isnt too bad. starts and runs well. should be a reasonable base for light restoration.

anyway, let me know what you think of the old girl. what amuses me is all the electrics work! for lucas wiring and smiths gauges that must be a first
regards jay
