Hi All :-)
Nice to see so many others keeping the Jag dream alive!
Just a quicky intro as requested-
When I was a whole lot younger I used to fix cars for friends n such but then was told I had to get a real job - you know, like digging ditches for a building contractor- Ugh-
well I did so for a bunch of years as a contractor but then in 94,95 the economy wasn't helping much - so I jumped ship and changed careers to Computers, been tied to them in one form or another for the last 17 years... needless to say my mind is turning to mush - I'm tired of computers!
About 5 months ago I decided I needed to do something to chillax- find something I like to do and do it solely for fun!
My favorite TV show is Wheeler Dealers, my wife really likes it to - so at some point the D0h! light came on
Cars!
I need to go back to my first love... and one of my first favorites was the Jag - theres no XKE or D-Type in my immediate future but as luck would have it- my son-in-law boughta an X300 - treated it like crapola and after a while wanted to just dump it-
well... you can see where this is going ;-) I bought it- been fixing it up as best I can and have lurked a bit on the site to fix a few things here and there- actually learning stuff too! FUN!!!
Anyways... I think I'd like to specialize in Jag's - they are quite a few around here but odly enough not a lot of people can or will work on them and even more sad - the couple I did let work on it convinced me all the more I need to do everything I can myself -
not that I'm actually a mecahnic, but because I'll work on it until it's just right!
Ok long enough post - wishing everyone a JiggyJaggy Day,
Johnny

See pic of my white JiggyJag - I promise a better one once its back out on the open road!

Thanks Guys - Very much appreciated!
Not much to see just yet as far as the pictures go- I really should have done as my wife suggested and did the before and after shots - oh well. I usually just have fun along the way and don't much care how nasty it was but maybe I'll get better at it and get her a camera ;-) wink wink.
I have to travel to Chicago for the week for work so I might be kinda light onthe posts... if anything it will give me a chance to read up more with the group - it's been around a good liong time and I'm sure there have been tons of valueable information posted over the years-
Anyways, Thanks Richard, Thanks Jim,
Have a terrific weekend and a great week ahead!
