just bought xj8

Hi all just bought a 1999 xj8, love the car but cant get any volume from the stereo... on full its very quiet but there is some sound, just very quiet??? any ideas would be good.

Have counted up and this is my 40th car.. but my 1st ja

g!! very happy so far.
