I have a white XKR with chrome trim around widows.
I hate chrome
How can I install white? I don't want to paint on chrome.
Any suggestions would help.
I am in Houston TX.

Welcome to the forum Locates1,

(I've moved your post to it's own thread - you're very unlikely to get a response to this question by posting it to a two year old Intro)

Some years ago Jaguar produced a "Sport" version of the XJ6 saloon in the UK. This had satin black trim in place of the chrome on the Sovereign. They did this by painting the chrome trim satin black before installation. No reason why a body shop can't do the same in white with your XK.

Follow this link XK / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK/XKR section for help, advice and information.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Southwest Region section by following this link to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forum.
