Default New around

Hi guy's n gall's,
I've been cruisin around in the background for quite a while now , so I thought I'd do the honorable thing and Join .

I have a 2002 X-Type SE AWD in metallic Blue ,
My Brother had one in gun metal grey as a company car and it caught my eye back then . She's never let me down apart from the dreaded P174 showed it's ugly face last year ( that's when I started to cruise here for idea's ) I followed the paths given ...rubber hose...IRT O ring's...MAF sensor...Brake booster lines
I eventually did get rid of it after checkin the Brake booster lines ( Vacuum leak ) Although she's turning 10 this year she's still my little girl .... Ha Ha

The one thing that bugs me is that I use mine to go to work in and park her in the company car park , I try to protect her by parking away from other cars ..... but I seem to attract the rare breed called .....X-Type dingers !!!! They are a pesky vermin to this country that like to park next to you and attack your car with their door's !!! within a 2 week period I gained 4 dings to the driver's side

Welcome to the forum,

Good to have you with us.
Parking away from others does seem to work like a magnet. :-)

You should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
