New to this Jaguar site
Morning All,
Just got around to registering on this site. Been lurking around for years, cant rush these things. Fairly active on JL.
Been with Jaguar cars since 1968, now down to 2 cars, bugga, XJ-S HE 1985 Coupe (her cat), and a 1996 X300 XJ6 3.2ltr (mine). Had the XJ-S since 1996, travelled most of Australia in it (hell of a long way), and now it is semi retired as I have the X300 (spinal arthritis and the XJ-S being tooooo low, bugga again). I sold off the rest of the fleet, 8 cars, over the last few years.
I/we do ALL our own work on the cars. NO ONE touches our Jags, and if I cannot do it, it aint broke, which has been tested at times, but never beaten.
I have been in the automotive industry all my life. Retired in 2003 as Parts Manager for the Jaguar dealer.
See ya around somewhere.
