Talking New Member =)

Hey ya'll!

I'm a college student and I work fulltime. Although I have driven other cars in the past they were bought by family and never in my name.

In March I bought my first car for myself. I got the 2000 Jaguar S-type V6. I live in Utah. I love my car so far.
The only thing I want to change is getting it a new paint job because the gold paint job is not my style.

I'm also going to be doing my first oil change on the car over this weekend, so if you have any advice it is very welcome.

Hello and welcome to jaguarforums.com. I know that you are anxious to get started and we are anxious to meet you and talk about your car. We have a baseline / criteria that must be met before full access can be granted. Please enjoy the forum and be patient once the baseline has been satisfied full access will be granted. Please continue to post and accept my welcome to the forum.

Oh one other thing you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules. Be patient and enjoy the site.

Welcome to the forum Jagirl,

The oil change is pretty straightforward, best tip is make sure the car can't fall on you!

Hey Jagirl, welcome to the forum, so sorry for the late reply as we seem to have missed you....sorry
Great to have you here and nice intro / info...
+1 on the sense of humour too.....nice!

There's usually plenty going on in most sections, most of the time.

You might find the off topic good for fun, maybe check out the mug shot thread and add yours?
Don't forget the regional section and also the detailing section is a must.

Some good guys and great techs, top vendors and more to come....all good

In the meantime I've upgraded you manually to full forum access so you can better veiw the site
