I purchased a 1989 XJS V12 Convertable with 100k miles on it from a salvage yard for $1800 earlier this year, it needed alot of cleaning up and repairs. I think I have most everything working and am ready to test it out...not real confident in it going far since I keep finding problem after problem.
I also just purchase a 1993 XJ6 with 105K miles on it that was running poorly & brakes didn't work for $1000...how bad could it be. It runs pretty good after fixing a shorting out coil wire but that ABS system is a real head ache. (feel free to reply to my post about that)
I enjoy tinkering with cars...but these Jags are putting me to the test.

Welcome to the forum Dave,

Good to have you with us.
It looks like you have found the tech sections so I won't post a link for that.
You sound like a man who relishes a challenge?
Enjoy the forum.

If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
