Hi my name is Josh and i live in southern maine. I have an 02 xtype that my mom bought new. 2.5 years ago i blew the transmission and it has been sitting at a tow yard since. I am a gearhead and love cars. My daily driver is a 2004 subaru wrx sti. I am picking the xtype up today and was lookin around for parts and forums. I might be swaping the engine and drivetrain for a rwd turbo engine. Any Ideas on where to buy a transmission would be helpful. I dont want to spend a ton of money since this is just a project to me although i did love this car more than my sti hen it was on the road but it just couldnt hanle my beatings like sti does.
