I have joined this morning as I have recently purchased a 2006 XK 4.2 Convertible. I have joined to gain access to the experience of other members and also to share my knowledge as it grows through ownership.
As can be seen from the photos my car has an original body kit fitted. Searching the Vin number it says it is a 2007 model. Past history on car sales says the car is a 60th anniversary model with full kit fitted which includes the spoilers, additional chrome around the lights and added interior features such as the gear lever knob and trim. But the anniversary limited edition came out in 2008 so I will be interested to see if anyone can shed any light on what is fitted and when it was fitted.
Previous registration number in the period of 2011 to 2021 was E2DRY. Does anyone know the car?
I have tried looking on the jaguar service history web site but it says "Vehicle not eligible for online service history" is this normal for this age of car?
