Just wanted to say hello. I recently purchased a 2002 x-type 2.5 awd. I never thought I would be a Jag owner but here I go !!!!!!!!!! any advice or help from this forum will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome aboard! Only recommendation out of the box is purchase an extended warranty for anything catastrophic. Otherwise, enjoy!

Welcome to the site trebor.....the X type is a great car and I'm sure you'll love it.
The 02 had a few issues here n there which probably have been resolved on yours, but why not check out the FAQ quick link in the X type section to get a feel for your car and see if anything matches up.
Warranty would be a good idea just to cover the transfer case.........what sorta mileage does your have?
