Hi, I have just signed up for the forum after lurking for advice for a few months. I bought a 1997 xj6 Vanden Plas recently and am learning about it as issues arise. One pleasant surprise I have found so far as an Atlantan is Stephen Conlan over at Jag East. He is a very colorful man and knows his stuff with the old jags.
The main reason I am posting is so I can look at the pictures sooner. Maybe I am being protected from myself, but I am really interested in seeing the pictures about where to whack the heater valve with a rubber mallet so as to avoid replacing the heater core!
Anyway, thanks very much for all of the help this site has given me so far.
