Hello all,
I am a first time Jaguar owner. Actually a proud owner of a 2002 X Type sport. I have been reading the forums for some time now and have found very valuable information. I have never joined a forum and look forward to participating. I worked for a Ford dealership as a technician in Ann Arbor, Michigan for 21 years so I might have some input worth sharing.

Lovin the X type, had an 02 Sport myself, great car and the AWD is awesome. As its one of the earlier models it may suffer at some point from some of the well known issues.....these are well documented in the X type quick FAQ link thread for you....
There really are some amazing and friendly guys here....you're in really good company to discuss anything Jag related or even just to have a few laughs!
