I just bought a 1996 XJS a few days ago off craigslist for $4,850. Very cool car, but one problem though. I can't seem to get the glove box open. I'm starting to think that this care does not have a glove box.

I have read the post. So is there any particular reason to why Jaguar decided not to put any glove boxes in after 93'?

 

I think the simple answer was they needed somewhere to hide the airbag.
