Hi Everyone!

My name is Ray and I have a 2000 XKR Convertible with less than 60,000 miles. I live in Orange County, CA. Thanks for being willing to share your Jaguar knowledge with me. Hopefully I'll be able to help some of you, too.

Regards,

Ray

Welcome Ray, glad to have you with us! Come by and talk shop with all the other XK8/R owners, ok?

Take a specific look at the convertible top hydraulic issues...being in sunny CA, you probably get alot of use out of it. Here's to hoping you don't get the green shower.

Welcome to the site Like Matt said, check out the hydraulic fix that Walt and Gus pioneered. It takes about a half hour to install and buys great piece of mind. I just installed mine the other day.

Welcome Ray, + 1 on the above; Also why not check out the detailing section, Dave Silican is based in OC I believe, looking at his work he should be able to get your car looking even better than new.
