Hi,
I have just bought a 2001 XJR and so far all i can say is WOW!!!
I bought second hand from the Jaguar dealership in Naperville, IL and the experience was surprisingly painless
Although the car has done just over 100k miles, it feels tight, solid smooth and the noise that comes when the supercharger kicks in is, well, addictive.
Looking forward to learning a lot from the forums and hopefully picking the brains of a few of the experts on here...
Cheers!

Welcome to the forum David,
100k is nothing to worry about with a well maintained Jaguar. You can easily do the same again.
Follow Norri's link to the X308 section for help, advice and information. It's also the place to post tech questions.
Enjoy the XJR and the forum.

I will be sure to keep you guys updated with the progress on the new (to me) xjr. My wife thinks i'm nuts for buying a car with 100k on the clock (that was until she put her foot down!!! - now i might get lucky!)
Will check out the regional posts - thanks again for upgrading me!
