Hi there I'm Andy, currently living in the UK around the Birmingham, Solihull area.

I work for Jaguar / Land Rover but unfortunately have no access to the technical information other than what I have gleamed from the internet and E-Bay.

I've had X types for 6 years now. I've recently sold my 2001 2.5V6 AWD saloon which had 105000 miles on the clock and has run trouble free for over 6 years. The only bits that I had to replace were service items and brake calipers.

I've just bought a 2008 2.2TDi Sovereign Estate, this one has a done a mere 73000 miles which is nothing for these cars over here.

I've found that you can buy Brake Calipers on E-Bay for about £60. A real bargain.
