Got my Rhodium on Black 2012 Jaguar XF last week and have hardly driven it, thanks to the storm and insane gasoline shortage. I love the car tons, though. I got it from Jaguar Manhattan, after getting lied to and screwed by Great Neck Jaguar (avoid these lying jerks). Jaguar Manhattan offered and honored a deal that was initially going to be given to me by Great Neck...except I got a car with no miles and extra options. Great Neck car had 1500 miles on it, and was missing keyless + wood upgrade.

I love everything about the car, but my only disappointment right now is the standard audio system lacks bass. I've purchased an OEM sub from a 2009 for a mere $60 in hopes of retrofitting it to work.

Has anyone done that retrofit successfully?

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
