New XJ6 owner in Colorado

Hello all,

I just want to introduce myself and my recently acquired 79 XJ6 SII.

Here are a few pics:

Aside from the occasional hard start and omnipresent rough idle, it has been a great car so far.

I also have a 1991 XJ40 Sovereign.

I currently reside in Boulder, CO and make my living as a chemical engineer.

Aside from the Jags, I keep my automotive life busy with 2 Datsun roadsters, a Datsun 280ZX, a Chevy blazer, and a Chevy S-10. I recently got rid of a 79 Meredes 450 SEL.

Anyhow, just wanted to say HI.

Phew!...What a beautiful ride...what I wouldn't do with that! Looks like another one in Maroon right next to it?

Looks like an Autum Pic in Denver. I spent some time in Conifer myself. I miss it there. Denver is a fun place. Lo-Do is happening, but I spent too many nights at the chop House.
