it wont let me view pictures and do stuff it keeps telling me this
for ANYTHING I DO I ACTIVATED IT ALREADY 20 TIMES PLEASE HELP

Welcome to the Forum.
Sometimes there may be Forum requirements and sometimes it might be a glitch in the system. Either way it can easily be sorted by the Mods but your smilies and general demeanor will usually be a big factor.
