Linda,

I have 2001, 2001, 2003 and 2007 but not 2004.

If you post in S-Type forum, I'm sure one of the members will be able to help you out with a 2004 Handbook.

I have a nephew and a niece (they are cousins to one another) who live in Fredericksburg, which is pretty close to Fairfax. Also, my grandfather had a lot of relatives in Fairfax so it used to be the location of all our family reunions. Unless there are some really distant kin remaining that I don't know about, that whole group died out probably 30+ years ago. If you decided to venture southward through the Shenandoah Valley, and get anywhere close to Staunton on the I-81 corridor, let me know and I'll meet you (and whoever is traveling with you) and buy you a cup of coffee!
