I'm having the hardest time replaceing the rear side marker light.
I removed three screws from the wheel well to gain access. pushed plastic fender out as far as I could and can see but still can't reach the marker bulb housing. any suggestions? Are my hands to large?

Very simple to remove lens and bulb from rear bumper (04-07 XJ8)

• From the outside PUSH down on the lens and it will pop out - Honest a 5 second job.
• I didn't use any tools - only my hands
• Now if someone can tell me how to find a replacement bulb holder and connector with wire I would appreciate it. Jaguar wants about $150 for a new light unit that does not include the connector. All I need is $2.00 worth of parts.

 

It worked, I was so afraid it would break but it didn't. As for your bulb holder you are looking for wouldn't a local Auto parts store carry it? Its a common #194 bulb the holder doesn't have to be model specific.
