Soon to be new Brit in the stables... '08 XKR
I will be taking delivery of a new '08 XKR convertible next week.
There are some PHENOMENAL deals out there on the '08 leftovers... Around $23K to $30K off sticker. I guess due to the economy and the fact that the '10s with the new motor are coming, Jaguar is unloading them.
This Jaguar will join my stable with my other Brit... an '07 Lotus Exige S... so I'll have two light supercharged Brits to contend with.
I've also owned a Lotus Elise, but that car met an unfortunate demise.
I'm looking forward to this beast... I've loved the '07+ XKRs ever since I saw one in person at the auto show, but never figured I'd buy one. But with the deals out there now, I simply couldn't turn it down.
And then to see Jeremy Clarkson's take on the XKR on Top Gear sealed the deal.
I'll post pics when she arrives.

1)The other cars in your stable will be collecting dust this summer
2)You will receive at least 1 speeding ticket in the 1st 30 days
3)Women will be jumping into your car at red lights
4)Men will not even look in your direction at red lights
You are gonna love this car. I have 2 08's and 1-09 that I mantain(Detail)
and they are certainally some of my favorites.....You are a lucky Man
