Default UK - Rutland - S-Type 2.7 V6d

Hi and hello!

I am on the verge of buying my neighbors 2007 S-Type 2.7 V6 diesel. And I am excited beyond words! I'm a huge life-long Jag fan, the S-Type especially. My father had one and it'll be my first Jag.

She's in Liquid Silver with full black leather and finised with aluminium interior trim. Auto and with stunning 18" Mercury alloys. One owner from new and with full Jag service history.

Its listed as an 'S' but is this an official trim level? She's got no chrome exterior trim, only body colored. If any one can advise me on what spec she is, I'd be pleased. I.e Sport or SE. Im not sure yet as I dont get her for a few more weeks!

Thanks,
Tom.

Welcome to the forum Tommy,

At least you get to look at the S-Type whilst your neighbour still has it although that may make it even worse!

Follow this link S-Type / S type R Supercharged V8 - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the S-Type section for help, advice and information on specs.

Please also visit the UK Region section UK - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to find other members in this country.

Enjoy the forum.

Welcome to the forum Tom,

Good to have you with us.
I would guess it's a sport, take a look in the S section JOsworth our resident S Type anorak recently gave a good description, of course the diesels may be a little different.
Enjoy the forum.

If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
