Default X300 (XJR) in Wokingham, UK

Hi all,

Just an intro post: I'm Andrew, I live in Wokingham, and have had the above car (1995 manual gearbox X300 XJR with LPG & stainless exhaust fitted) for around 4 years now. Love the car, though it has some MoT niggles at the moment... Anyone who has any advice as to why cyl 1 & 6 are running rich would be much appreciated...

Previously lived in Bath, UK, so some of you may have seen the car around the west country, though we have toured to Scotland a couple of times in it... Main vehicle is a motorbike (Triumph Trident, 1998, kitted out for touring, or BMW K100, 1983, the winter commute tool) but love cars and particularly Jags too.

Still, that's enough for an intro, I guess,

Thanks,

Andrew Wilde

Welcome to the forum Andrew,

Great intro - packed a lot of information into six lines.

Follow Steve's link to the X300 section for help and advice. There'll be some jealousy over the manual gearbox!

Please also visit the UK Region section UK - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum for other members and events in this country.

Hope the niggles are soon resolved. Enjoy the forum.

Graham
