Hi all,

Just thought I'd drop a quick note to say "hi" to you all.

I'll be taking delivery of a '99 Emerald Green S-Type 3.0 SE this coming Friday; very excited indeed (only 57k on the clock). This isn't my first Jaguar experience as I used to own a '03 S-Type SE with ALL the bells and whistles. The new car doesn't have SatNav or premium sound; I think everything else is pretty much there.

I'm like a 10 year old before Christmas at this moment in time as I've had a love for Jaguar cars for as long as I can remember. I drive around 30 - 40,000 a year and although cheaper (currently have a 3.0 CDTI Vectra), to me driving just isn't 'fun' if you're not in a car you enjoy.

Hopefully be able to wrack your brains moving forward as things start to break and go wrong!

Why not drop by the off topic section and add your pic to the mug shot thread? Maybe join in with some of the banter type threads? There's usually plenty going on!
Don't forget to drop by the regional section too and add your name to the growing list there....
I'm sure the S typers will be glad to welcome another to their fold.
