Question 2003 Ranger 4.0V6 lean bank 1 and 2

Ok, This is the second car i am dealing with Lean on bank one and bank 2.

Look at https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=32059
for the other one. Ok, So my ranger is giving me issues. I am getting

P0171 System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0174 System Too Lean (Bank 2)

See attached Zip file for the Mode 6 data and the Freeze frame data.
I have cleaned the MAF, replaced the Air Filter, and replaced the Fuel Filter.

Any one have any ideas?

I think either your 02 sensor is bad or intermittently that sensor is getting false readings .

Which engine do you have? I assume it's the 4.4 engine. If it's a v6 it would have to be a Freelander, 2.5.

Lean both banks, man that has to be a vaccum leak, cracked fitting or busted line somewhere... me thinks to myself

h20boy, your are correct. I found the leak. it was from a small L shaped vacuum tube that go's from the canistor purge to the intake manifold. Gunna go hit up the ford dealer for a new one tomorrow.

P.S its a 4.0 SOHC
