Here's some details on Jamie's new to him Vectra C 1.8 Sri that he got around 6 months back.

Moved to this from a 1.2 Renault Clio (02) so a big jump.

Its a Vauxhall Vectra C 1.8 Sri on a (57) plate and has around 44k miles iirc.
In silver it looks pretty good and the bodywork is in great shape as are the 5 twin spoke alloys.

He added new wipers, new Sri car mats, Vauxhall tax disc holder and tyre valve caps and basically gave it a good 4 or 5 hour detail.......she was in good shape to start with.

It had already just been serviced a little while before, brakes and tyres all with plenty of meat left on them.

He's got a few weeks of just shortly, so weather permitting we'll be getting the wheels of and painting the hubs & calipers stock silver, the alloys getting a good clean inside n out whilst they're off the vehicle.

We've got a service kit too, so new plugs, new air filter / pollen filter / fuel filter will be added. As for the oil & filter I'll be taking it to National Tyres as they can do an oil change using the correct grade of 05w30 cheaper than I can buy the stuff for???.......makes sense!!

We'll have the throttle body off for a good cleaning session at the same time and give her a freshen up then too......should be some good daddy / son time.....either that or we'll kill each other.....lol
